Mild to severe cases of scoliosis can cause a variety of pain in the sufferers and without regular monitoring and dedication to healing, the pain can get worse with age. Not only will you leave the workshop with a strong and supple spine, but you will be provided with simple and effective exercises you can use at home to continue the healing process.
