Free Pranayama Recording

Pranayama is such a powerful tool to reset the nervous system, to focus the mind and to calm the body.

The practice below is called “Samavritti Pranayama” or Square / Box breathing. There are 4 phases of our breath – inhale, hold/retention, exhale, and hold/suspension. We will use a count of 4 for the length of each of these phases.
