This workshop is specifically for those who are ready to try inversions or those who want to refine their practice of inversions. Inversions are any pose where the heart is higher than the head, where we turn upside down and see the world from a new perspective. Asana's include headstand (sirsasana), handstand (adho mukha vrksasana), forearm balance (pincha mayurasana), shoulderstand (sarvangasana) and even downward facing dog.
