Finding purpose and meaning at the beginning of a new cycle can give you direction for the year ahead. As yogis, we want to continue to grow and evolve into our highest potential, and this can be helped along with useful, achievable and meaningful goals to suit your personal aims.
Join Ginny and Hanuman Das for a practical and uplifting morning where we will create goals in these 4 areas:
1. Asana – what physical goals do you have in yoga? Do you want to master a particular pose? Do you want to move with more ease and grace? Do you want to be stronger? Do you want to start to practice at home? Do you want a sequence to help with an injury or limitation?
2. Pranayama – How do you breathe naturally? Do you want to focus on lengthening your breath? Is there a technique you’d like to refine and practice regularly? Do you want more prana/vital lifeforce?
3. Meditation – What is the best technique to quiet your monkey mind? Do you want to use meditation to enhance how you deal with life? Do you want to use meditation to connect you more deeply with spirit? How can you sit without your foot falling asleep!? Do you want to learn a new mantra?
4. Life Goals – What other goals do you want to hone in on in 2026? A hobby? To embody a particular virtue? To clean your house/car/garage? To help others? Earn money? Have fun? Make space for yourself? Time in nature?
Breakfast is included.
