Join Ginny Clarke for a yogic, restful, restorative and nature-filled Yoga Retreat in the beautiful Barrington Tops. We’ll be enjoying all of the usual yogic delights (yoga asana, pranayama, meditation, chanting) to bring us back to our “true nature” but we will also nestle into the earth with bush walks and outdoors activities to discover the restoration that nature can provide us.

When we come together in a retreat environment, away from our daily routines and responsibilities, we allow ourselves the time and space to unwind and unfold. There is also the gift of connecting with like-minded souls, enjoying the company and companionship that builds lasting friendships and support.

The Retreat includes:

• Morning Yoga classes
• Afternoon Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra
• Pranayama and Meditation
• Time for reflection and journaling
• Evening chanting
• Bush walking, swimming, time in nature
• Time for rest and chai and chatting
• Delicious healthy food from Erika Pucher of Plate of Love
• Luxurious twin share accommodation. Either –
  • Cabin with 2 bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen, lounge room and balcony. Each bedroom is twin share (therefore 4 people in each cabin).
  • Loft cabin, with bathroom, kitchette, lounge and balcony, twin share.
