Are you ready for a challenge both spiritually, mentally and physically? In this event we will be using the sacred number 108 to pace ourselves and complete the following practices:
* 108 Om’s
* 108 Sun Salutations
* 108 Yogic Breaths
The practice should take approximately 3 hours. You can join in and do all or just some of the rounds of 108.
The aim is dive into a sadhana practice – a spiritual practice – where we devote ourselves fully in body, breath, mind, heart and spirit to these profound techniques of yoga.
