Come along to this gentle workshop which offers a different approach to meditation. Through mindful movement and breathwork inspired by Yoga and Qigong, you’ll discover how movement can naturally quiet the mind and prepare you for meditation.
In fact, movement itself can be a meditation also.
Movement naturally settles the nervous system, focuses attention and prepares the mind for meditation.
As the body becomes quieter, the breath becomes softer.
As the breath softens, the mind follows.
By the end of the workshop, you’ll discover that stillness isn’t something you force—it’s something you gently arrive at.

You simply begin by moving.
No meditation experience or flexibility is needed. Just bring yourself exactly as you are.
Facilitator: Ginny Clarke is a devoted, senior yoga teacher and yoga therapist and co-owner of Living Peace Yoga. She has been teaching yoga since 2002 and her passion is to help people know their bodies intimately and work towards healing mind, body and spirit through the vast array of techniques and wisdom which yoga offers.
