Which class do you recommend for beginners?
“Gentle Hatha” and “Restorative Yoga” are suitable for beginners as they include gentle breath and movement, foundational yoga poses and restorative, relaxation poses.
We also run a 4 week course called Yoga for Beginners each February, and often in May and September too. Keep an eye on our Events page to check when the next course is running.
