Enjoy 6 Yoga classes which take you on a journey through the 5 great elements – Earth, Water, Fire, Air and Space. Each class is designed to connect you to the specific element which not only surrounds on on this planet, but also lives inside us, makes us who we are. There is one class for each element and then a beautiful final class which brings all the elements together.

TITLE DESCRIPTION
Earth Element GENERAL YOGA: The earth element symbolises stability, grounding, steadfastness and strength. We move slowly, feeling connected to mother earth and embody her qualities of through the Mother Earth flow.
Water Element (General) GENERAL YOGA: The water element represents softness, adaptability, fluidity and purification and it is associated with the region of the hips, so we’ll ease and flow our way through a variety of poses for the hips and find a wave-like movement in our body.
Fire Element (General) GENERAL YOGA: Fire not only represents heat and light, but also transformation, determination, courage, enthusiasm, passion and divine consciousness. In this practice we work with the core as well as some more dynamic movements, including a “springy” Salute to the Sun.
Air Element GENERAL YOGA: The air element represents a feeling of lightness and freedom and is associated with the region of the chest and throat. We use our breath in this class to breathe in the air element and then send it back into the universe.
Ether Element GENERAL YOGA: The element of space or ether is like the container which holds earth, water, fire and air. When the space element is in balance in our body, all body parts have space to operate optimally, but when out of balance, we lack space in the body and we may feel rigid or fixed in place. We use a variety of practices to find more space such as spandana (gentle shaking), stretching and comparing compressed poses with spacious ones.
The 5 Great Elements GENERAL YOGA: After spending 5 weeks on each of the great elements, lets merge them together and connect to earth, water, fire, air and ether within us and around us.
