This five week program is an opportunity to explore yoga from a different perspective as you journey through pregnancy.
We will discover how yoga can support you through pregnancy, prepare you for birth and continue to support you as you transition to motherhood. We will explore different poses, breathing techniques and meditations to help you to connect more deeply with your body and your baby. An opportunity to know your mind and discover yourself in a new way as you navigate your way through pregnancy and beyond.
